Richard Aldrich is a Brooklyn-based painter born in 1975.

Aldrich has developed a unique style using oil paint, mineral spirits (such as turpentine or paint thinner), and wax. He also includes text, sometimes writing narratives to accompany a painting, and known and not so well known literary and musical icons.
